Suspect 5: Kristine Thody, volunteered to abuse her neighbours. Unclear if she is an owner or proxy. 

Released homeowners' personal information to unauthorized persons/

organizations. Accused of financial fraud as treasurer of Strata Corp bcs2460 Corbeau. She makes no denial. 

Accessory to privacy violations. Accessory to stalking of homeowners. Accessory to extortion of homeowners.
