Suspect 1: Eran Roubini of StrataCo Property Management


Suspect 1: Eran Roubini, unlicensed strata manager at black market operator StrataCo Property Management of Burnaby BC. Considered threatening, dangerous and violent,  Roubini refuses to cease his criminal acts. 

Unlawfully releases homeowners' personal information to unauthorized persons. Unlawfully has homeowner targets stalked repeatedly. Repeated harassment/request for information denials. 

Unlawfully tampers/deletes homeowners' incoming emails. Unlawfully hacks homeowners' connection at AGM/SGM via Zoom. Refuses to provide details of individuals and organizations StrataCo has released homeowners' personal data to. 

Refuses to disclose exact number of times/dates each target has been stalked. Refuses to disclose the exact nature of those stalking documents. Accessory to extortion. Human Rights Abuses attributed to Roubini. 

Refuses to produce a customer history report. We suspect he's responsible for countless privacy breaches and the destruction of 17 years worth of owners' history and data with their own corporation to cover up fraud since 2010. 


This person targets, then sends strangers to residents' front door, who leave something, sometimes innocuous item like a flyer or notice, but they also check the door handle. One in ten doors may be unlocked, and suddenly, a stranger is in your house! 

This criminal has been terrorizing homeowners in Lower Mainland for years. RCMP refuse to stop him. Repeat offender, still active. This is a predator.
