Suspect 2: Carmela Cappelletti, unlicensed strata manager. 

Unlawfully releases homeowners' personal information to unauthorized persons. 

Unlawfully has homeowner targets stalked repeatedly. Refuses to stop these criminal acts. 

Refuses to provide details of individuals and organizations StrataCo has released homeowners' personal data to. Refuses to disclose exact number of times/dates each target has been stalked. Refuses to disclose the exact nature of those stalking documents. Accessory to extortion. Key assistant to crime boss Allen Grandy. StrataCo victims refer to her as "La Strega".

Suspect 3: Bill Liddle, unlicensed strata manager. 

Released homeowners' personal information to unauthorized persons/organizations in order to stalk/harass targets. Makes unannounced visits to homeowner targets. Threatens homeowners in person.

Suspect 7. Allan Grandy - A serial abuser of "customers," he and his company are responsible for countless violations including discrimination and extreme prejudice, specifically against homeowners requesting their rights.

He operates inside a unregulated black market. It is estimated that Grandy is the most prolific criminal stalker in Canadian history. 

When accused of criminal acts against his customer/victims, Mr Grandy refused to answer. When accused of massive fraud, Mr Grandy refused to answer. When accused of running a Ponzi scheme Mr Grandy refused to answer.
