Corbeau Bcs2460 is a terrible strata corporation. A dishonest and toxic community housing corp. Behaves like a hostile psychopath towards its own ownership group with several dozen different personalities claiming to represent the corporation since 2010, including criminal acts.

This community housing corporation is under the control of an organized crime network. Trying to exercise your rights is a life-threatening enterprise. Instead of democracy, this corporation has adopted an Apartheid-like system of governance leading to Human Rights Violations. 

Strata council is in a constant state of denial and cover-up. "Its wonderful here! Not one complaint in 15 years!" said council president, Kathleen Thomson. However, this is disconnected from the reports of ongoing criminal activity by corporate reps including: forgery, harassment, stalking of homeowners, abuse of homeowners, fraud, information privacy violations, identity theft, failure to disclose and extortion.

Thomson has also failed to disclose her conflict-of-interest with the managers, StrataCo and does not act in the best interests of the homeowners.

There is a privileged class, and a discriminated class leading to:  Homeowners' Rights are not honoured at this location. Civic rights are not honoured in Port Moody. Human Rights are not honoured in BC. Burnaby RCMP & Port Moody Police are complicit in these abuses. 

It would be difficult to find a more corrupt arrangement than this example. Do not buy at Corbeau. Do not buy property managed by StrataCo. Do not buy in Port Moody BC.
