PSA: Suspect 6: Angela Ho - Corbeau Bcs2460 Strata Treasurer: refuses to answer owners' requests or complaints, refuses to release corporate documentation - as have all previous treasurers. Ms Angela Ho is incommunicado since joining council. Corporation records indicate she resides at unit 58 on the property. It is unclear if she is an owner at this site, or if she is a proxy.  Ho ensures the abusers are well paid to defraud the owners of the corporation, while actively denying homeowners their rights. She is also accessory to extortion, stalking and numerous privacy violations . Considered a privileged owner/resident. Suspect 5: Kristine Thody, volunteered to abuse her neighbours. Unclear if she is an owner or proxy.  Released homeowners' personal information to unauthorized persons/ organizations. Accused of financial fraud as treasurer of Strata Corp bcs2460 Corbeau. She makes no denial.  Accessory to privacy violations. Accessory to stalking of homeowners. Accessory to extortion of homeowners. Suspect 4: Kathleen Thomson, Council President and "Volunteer" serial abuser of homeowners - active and ongoing.  Criminal acts attributed to this representative include: forgery, harassment, stalking of homeowners, actively denying homeowners their rights, conspiracy to defraud, making false accusations against homeowners that ask for their rights, financial fraud over $5000, information privacy violations, identity theft, reckless endangerment and accessory to extortion. Human rights violations attributed to Thomson also reported.  Refuses to acknowledge complaints against her. Full Disclosure - Owners, Former Owners, and Prospective Buyers:  Public Service Announcement: Fraud Alert - Homeowners' rights are not recognized in Port Moody.  Reports of financial fraud, violations of homeowners' data privacy, failure to disclose since 2010, repeated stalking of homeowners, and Human Rights Abuses by council members, undocumented "corporate reps" and StrataCo Property Management of Burnaby BC.  Other violations include; undisclosed conflicts of interest, and an estimated $4-5 million of owners' funds are unaccounted for since 2010.  This Corporation uses unsound business practices including repeated criminal acts.
